On November 19, at Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, Trelleborg Marine and Infrastructure (Sweden) officially inaugurated a new manufacturing plant – the group’s second project in Vietnam after the first facility in Dong Nai. The event marked an important step in Trelleborg’s strategy to expand its production network.

On November 14, at Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park (IPZ), Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company (TBPM) in collaboration with the Finance - Investment Newspaper, the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association and NS BlueScope Vietnam organized a high-level discussion with the theme "Investment orientation and sustainable development in industrial parks". The event attracted nearly 100 leaders, experts and businesses, including representatives of FDI corporations, IP managers and ESG experts.

With the spirit of "Connecting for the community - Growing with the localities", Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company, the investor of Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park (PM3 SIP), cooperated with Thanh Nien Newspaer to organize a relief program for people affected by the recent flooding in Central Vietnam. More than 1,900 gift packages were delivered directly to households in four locations in Da Nang City and Hue City, helping share the difficulties and spreading the spirit of mutual love.

On September 26, Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park (PM3 SIP) had the honor of welcoming more than 30 students majoring in Supply Chain Management and Digital Business (Waikato program), together with lecturers from the National Economics University (NEU), for a visit, exchange, and career orientation session.

On September 10, the People’s Committee of Tan Phuoc Ward (Ho Chi Minh City), in collaboration with the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, the Institute for Regional Research and Development Consulting, the Ba Ria – Vung Tau Port and Logistics Association, along with various enterprises, organized a field survey at Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, Phu My 2 Industrial Park, Cai Mep Industrial Park, and the local seaport system. The activity aimed to serve the development of two key projects: “Building Tan Phuoc Ward into a Smart City” and “Promoting Private Economic Development in Tan Phuoc Ward.”

On the morning of August 27, Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park (PM3 SIP) was honored to join the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the construction of the factory for manufacturing industrial furnaces and furnace components of Hirochiku Asia Vietnam. With a total investment of 7 million USD and an area of 2 hectares, the project marks the strategic expansion of Hirochiku Corporation (Japan) in the Southeast Asian market.
