On the morning of July 29th, 2026, Thanh Binh Phu My JSC officially hold the groundbreaking ceremony for the Hoa Ninh Industrial Park (Phu My 3 Da Nang IP) project, which spans a scale of 400 hectares and boasts a total investment of over 6,204 billion VND. This event not only marks the commencement of a pivotal industrial project in Da Nang city but also users in a new phase of development for Thanh Binh Phu My in the journey to expand its industrial park and logistics ecosystem nationwide.

The choice of Da Nang was not an isolated decision, but rather a strategic move of Thanh Binh Phu My's development strategy aimed at spreading the new-generation industrial park model to Vietnam's dynamic economic zones.

With over 15 years of experience, Thanh Binh Phu My JSC has firmly demonstrated its capacity in developing and operating industrial park infrastructure through the Phu My 3 SIP. Beyond investing in synchronized technical infrastructure, the enterprise has built a robust ecosystem comprising seaports, logistics, one-stop services, and a strategic partner network, creating a highly favorable foundation for the manufacturing activities of FDI enterprises.

Hoa Ninh IP - A Strategic Piece in Da Nang's New Industrial Ecosystem

Planned in the Northwest area of Da Nang - a region the city has designated for the development of industrial, logistics, and innovation hubs - Hoa Ninh IP is positioned to capture the growing wave of investment in high-tech, supporting, and green manufacturing industries.

Distinct from traditional industrial park models, Hoa Ninh IP is master-planned with the orientation of developing a modern industrial ecosystem that seamlessly integrates production infrastructure, logistics, energy, and free trade activities.
