On February 18, 2025 – With the goal of catching up with the new wave of investment and taking advantage of the strategic advantages of Da Nang city, Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company has officially announced and launched the Hoa Ninh Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction and Business Investment Project (Phu My 3 Da Nang IP) in Hoa Ninh Commune, Hoa Vang District, Da Nang City.
On February 06, 2025 - Following the success of Phu My 3 Intensive Industrial Park in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company officially announced the Investment Project on construction and business of infrastructure of Vinh Thanh Industrial Park (phase 2) (Phu My 3 Can Tho IP) in Vinh Trinh commune and Vinh Binh commune, Vinh Thanh district, Can Tho city.
On November 26, the grand opening ceremony of Sadesa Group's leather manufacturing, processing, and finishing factory in Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park (PM3 SIP) was successfully held. With a total investment of approximately USD 22 million, the plant boasts an annual production capacity of over 5,400 tons, marking a significant milestone in the development of high-quality leather manufacturing in Vietnam.
On April 16, 2024, in Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, Phu My Town, Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province, Showa Sangyo Group started the project of a prepared powder factory with a total investment of more than VND 500 billion. The ceremony was held with the participation of the board of directors and employees of Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company and important partners. In particular, representatives from the investor Showa Sangyo also attended, marking their strong commitment to the project as well as to investment in the Vietnamese market.
That is the affirmation of Mr. Vo Thanh Phong, Head of the Ba Ria – Vung Tau Industrial Zones Authority (BIZA) in the meeting, working with the developer of Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park and more than 20 Tenants on the afternoon of November 13.
