On November 26, the grand opening ceremony of Sadesa Group's leather manufacturing, processing, and finishing factory in Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park (PM3 SIP) was successfully held. With a total investment of approximately USD 22 million, the plant boasts an annual production capacity of over 5,400 tons, marking a significant milestone in the development of high-quality leather manufacturing in Vietnam.
On April 16, 2024, in Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, Phu My Town, Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province, Showa Sangyo Group started the project of a prepared powder factory with a total investment of more than VND 500 billion. The ceremony was held with the participation of the board of directors and employees of Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company and important partners. In particular, representatives from the investor Showa Sangyo also attended, marking their strong commitment to the project as well as to investment in the Vietnamese market.
That is the affirmation of Mr. Vo Thanh Phong, Head of the Ba Ria – Vung Tau Industrial Zones Authority (BIZA) in the meeting, working with the developer of Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park and more than 20 Tenants on the afternoon of November 13.
On November 8, 2024, at Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, Tosoh Corporation and Tosoh Vietnam Polyurethane Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony for the TVP Project. This is Tosoh’s first chemical manufacturing facility in Vietnam, covering 12 hectares with a total investment of VND 4,230 billion. The plant will produce basic chemical products, including MDI—a key chemical for various industries—with an annual capacity of up to 125,000 tons.
On October 30, 2024, at Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park (Phu My 3 SIP) in Phu My Town, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, BOE Vision-Electronics (Vietnam) Company Limited held the topping-out ceremony of BOE Vietnam Smart Terminal phase II project. This event marks a significant milestone, signaling a new step forward in BOE's journey to establish and expand in the Vietnamese market.
On the morning of September 8, 2024, Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company (the investor of Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park) and Phat Đat Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company (HoSE ticker: PDR) held a ceremony to sign a strategic cooperation agreement for the developing industrial – logistics, residential and commercial real estate projects.
Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company, the developer of Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, has just been honored as "Industrial real estate developer with a green transformation strategy in 2024" at the Vietnam Real Estate Forum 2024 organized by Vietnam Investment Newspaper.
