On the morning of June 22, the People's Committee of Da Nang City held a ceremony to announce the Prime Minister's Decision on the establishment of Da Nang Free Trade Zone - an important milestone to turn the city into a high-quality service center, playing a strategic role in linking the Central - Central Highlands region and the Asia - Pacific region.
At the event, Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company was honored to receive a Memorandum of Understanding on investment cooperation from the City People's Committee, becoming 1 of 8 strategic investors accompanying the city in developing a project with a scale of nearly 1,881 hectares, distributed in 7 strategic locations.
Accordingly, Thanh Binh Phu My JSC will invest in construction and business of infrastructure at location No. 4, in Hoa Ninh commune, Hoa Vang district with an area of about 559 hectares. This area is planned as a high-value production area, adjacent to key industrial clusters such as Hoa Ninh Industrial Park, high-tech park, concentrated information technology park - creating favorable conditions for synchronous infrastructure development, taking advantage of the high-tech park ecosystem, forming an industrial and high-tech center in the western region of Da Nang City.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thao Nhi - Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company said that the company is committed to focusing maximum resources to complete research, survey and prepare proposal documents in accordance with regulations. If selected as the investor to implement the project, we will implement the investment on schedule, ensuring quality, efficiency and contributing to promoting sustainable development in the western region of Da Nang City.
