To perform the functions and duties assigned to the Investment Promotion Center — South Vietnam (IPCS) by the Minister of Planning and Investment; in order to improve the efficiency in cooperation and coordination with Localities, Diplomatic Agencies located in Ho Chi Minh City, as well as offer support in providing information and connections for foreign and domestic enterprises in the Southern region.

The Investment Promotion Center - South Vietnam establish the "Announcement Ceremony of Cooperation and Activities Implementation Program in 2022", to improve the quality, efficiency, and attract foreign direct investment capital into the southern region in the New Normal. This Ceremony has the participation of Foreign Investment Agency leaders, Central and Local Government, Diplomatic Agencies, International Business Associations, investors and businesses based in Ho Chi Minh City.
