On June 9, 2026, Ton Dong A Corporation officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for Factory No. 4 – Dong A Phu My Co., Ltd. at Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park (Phu My 3 SIP). With a total investment of approximately VND 7 trillion, the project represents a significant step forward in Ton Dong A’s new growth strategy while further demonstrating Phu My 3 SIP’s attractiveness to large-scale industrial projects with advanced technologies and high added value.
The event marks a new milestone in the expansion journey of one of Vietnam’s leading coated steel manufacturers, while adding another key project to the dynamic and rapidly developing industrial ecosystem of Phu My 3 SIP.

Factory No. 4 is envisioned as a production hub for high-quality specialty steel products, with a total designed capacity of 1.2 million tons per year. The first phase of the project will have an annual capacity of 600,000 tons and is expected to commence operations in 2027, providing a solid foundation for Ton Dong A to strengthen its supply capabilities for both domestic and international markets.
Beyond expanding production capacity, the project also opens a new development direction for Ton Dong A by diversifying its product portfolio into specialty steel products serving industries with stringent technical requirements, including household appliances, furniture, automotive manufacturing, and industrial engineering. These high-growth product segments align with Vietnam’s ongoing efforts to upgrade its industrial value chain and enhance manufacturing competitiveness.
