The Law on Environmental Protection No. 72/2020/QH14 takes effect from January 1, 2022.
To implement the Law on Environmental Protection, the Government issues Decree No. 08/2022/ND-CP dated February 10, 2022 detailing a number of articles of the Law on Environmental Protection, which the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment has issued. Circular No. 02/2022TT-BTNMT dated January 10th, 2022 detailing the implementation of the Law on Environmental Protection.
With the aim of supporting all customers in Phu My 3 SIP to understand, and comply with the new regulations and policies, Thanh Binh Phu My JSC conducted the training workshop on May 13th Friday.
We invited the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to the workshop so that all the participants deepened their knowledge and sense of responsibility for environmental protection. We had about 60 participants from our 20 tenant companies. In this way, PM3SIP supports customers as a bridge between government and investors.
The role of an industrial park is not only subleasing the land to the investors. Especially Phu My 3 SIP focus on “one-stop service” which is the total support system of the investors from the beginning stage of establishing an enterprise in Vietnam even after they start the production, our customer supports continue to assist customers’ best performance.
