On October 29 in Ho Chi Minh City, within the framework of the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Forum 2025 (VIPF 2025) co-organized by the Finance - Investment Newspaper and the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association (VIREA), under the auspices of the Ministry of Finance, Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company, the investor of Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park (PM3), was honored to be named in the category of "Outstanding Industrial Real Estate Developer with Green Transformation Strategy in 2025".
The category honors businesses with the orientation of developing green, ecological industrial parks, using clean energy, sustainable infrastructure and effective resource management.
The award is an important mark for Phu My 3's continuous efforts in the journey of building and developing green - ecological - sustainable industrial parks, contributing to promoting the green transformation process of Vietnam's industrial real estate industry.
According to the Organizing Committee, the enterprises honored this year all went through a strict and transparent assessment process based on criteria on environmental management efficiency, green technology application and sustainable infrastructure development. Phu My 3 is proud to meet all of these criteria, affirming its position as a model industrial park towards ecology and industrial symbiosis.
As the only specialized industrial park in Vietnam planned and developed according to the model of a model industrial park towards ecology, industrial symbiosis and circular economy. Not only focusing on synchronous investment in modern, high-quality technical infrastructure systems, PM3 also has a complete utility ecosystem such as: Phu My dry port, Phu My warehouse, wharf warehouse - liquid chemical tank, type A wastewater treatment plant, power station, industrial gas and natural gas supply station to effectively serve the operations of enterprises in the zone.
In addition, PM3 also simultaneously deploys a synchronous input - output monitoring mechanism, effectively manages the use of energy, water and chemicals, and encourages enterprises to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The proportion of land for green trees, traffic and shared social infrastructure reaches 32.08%, higher than the general regulation of 25%. After a decade of development, PM3 Industrial Park has attracted a total investment capital of nearly 6 billion USD, with an average investment attraction rate of 9 - 10 million USD/ha, affirming the strong attraction and outstanding investment efficiency of PM3 on the map of industrial parks in Vietnam.
Mr. Ta Quoc Bao, Deputy General Director of Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company, investor of Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, received the honor of "Real Estate Developer Industry with a typical green transformation strategy in 2025”.
Currently, Phu My 3 has completed the dossier for recognition of an Eco-Industrial Park, aiming to become the first eco-industrial park in Vietnam, pioneering the application of information technology in management and operation, promoting the industrial symbiosis model, increasing the use of green energy and aiming for zero net emissions by 2050.
