On December 27, 2024, at Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, Phu My Town, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company held the ground-breaking ceremony for the Gate Towers project – a residential area for workers. The Gate Towers project is being built on a 4.7-hectare site within Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, with a total investment of VND 1,820 billion. The project consists of 5 residential blocks, each 22 stories high, offering 2,670 apartments and providing accommodation for up to 10,000 workers. The apartments range in size from 35 m² to 60 m², catering to the needs of workers’ families.

One of the key highlights of Gate Towers is its full range of modern amenities, including a supermarket, kindergarten, community center, gym, and especially the central park with lush green spaces that provide a healthy and comfortable living environment for residents. The central park is designed to host various community activities, including a children's playground, outdoor sports facilities, and common areas for social interactions. It serves as a space for workers to connect and improve their quality of life within the industrial park.
