On February 18, 2025 – With the goal of catching up with the new wave of investment and taking advantage of the strategic advantages of Da Nang city, Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company has officially announced and launched  the Hoa Ninh Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction and Business Investment Project (Phu My 3 Da Nang IP) in Hoa Ninh Commune,  Hoa Vang District, Da Nang City.

The project has been approved by the Prime Minister for investment policy in Decision No. 1693/QD-TTg dated 31/12/2024, and at the same time approved by the People's Committee of Da Nang City in Decision No. 398/QD-UBND dated 11/02/2025 and the Management Board of Da Nang Hi-Tech Park and Industrial Parks issued an Investment Registration Certificate on 18/02/2025. Marking an important milestone and become a bright spot in the industrial map of Vietnam.With the orientation of becoming one of the modern industrial zones of the Central region, priority is given to attracting investment in intensive industry, modern and advanced technology, clean industrial parks, contributing to the formation of an ecosystem of industrial zones - high-tech -Free Trade Zonein the northwest region of Da Nang and promote supply chains, improve industrial production capacity.
