The impact of Covid-19 in 2021 delayed the progress of the development program for workers' housing in the industrial park and a difficult of capital. At the beginning of January 2022, the National Assembly adopted Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 on fiscal and monetary policies to support economic recovery and development programs, assigning the Government to focus on removing mechanisms, policy, and related laws social housing and housing for workers. Furthermore, the investor of the industrial park must be responsible for investing in housing for workers in the industrial park.
