On August 21, ManpowerGroup of Vietnam and the National Centre about the employment service (Employment Department, Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs) announced the result of the survey in the demand of recruiting in the near future.
The result reflects that despite the effects of the global health crisis, the upcoming recruitment trend is on an upward trend. There is 40% of enterprises expect to increase recruitment within the next 3 months, more than 24% of enterprises anticipate a rise in recruitment within 6 months. The robust recruitment prospects are concentrated to enterprises in the fields of manufacturing and processing, wholesale, retail and trade, information technology, education and training, construction and professional consulting services.
The field of manufacturing and processing and manufacturing will recruit strongly in the coming time.
With the secure of safety for the labor, at the same time maintaining the efficiency of production and business activities in the context of pandemic, the sections apply different method of working for labors in the next 3-6 months. Specifically, 25% of enterprise implement full-time; 41% of enterprises will apply of both forms of working in the office and working remote; 22% choose to arrange flexible shifts; about 9% of enterprises plan to let employees work outside the office.
