We need individual policies to develop housing for workers.

The Ministry of Construction also stated that in 2022, the Ministry would strengthen research, coordinate with relevant Ministries to research proposals, and implement policies to support social housing and housing for workers. This led to a rupture labor supply chain, leaving many businesses in shortage of labor to restore the status of "the new normal state," which affected the economic recovery.

The impact of Covid-19 in 2021 delayed the progress of the development program for workers' housing in the industrial park and a difficult of capital. At the beginning of January 2022, the National Assembly adopted Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 on fiscal and monetary policies to support economic recovery and development programs, assigning the Government to focus on removing mechanisms, policy, and related laws social housing and housing for workers. Furthermore, the investor of the industrial park must be responsible for investing in housing for workers in the industrial park. In addition, some enterprises expressed the need for open mechanisms for enterprises to access the above capital, simple administrative procedures, early disbursement so as not to postpone the schedule of implement project.
