Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park has total area of 1046 ha combined with modern synchronous international standards infrastructure, located in Phuoc Hoa ward, Phu My town, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province. By having plenty of preferential policies, PM3 SIP confidently provide high-quality services.
In 2014, PM3 SIP was selected to be developed as Specialized Industrial Park (pursuant to the Decision No.109/VPCP-QHQT dated 07/01/2014 of Government office regarding location selecting for developing Specialized Industrial Park in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province).
The main developer of PM3 SIP is Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company, which established in 2007 (pursuant to the Decision No.3565/QĐ-UBND dated 22/10/2009 of Ba Ria - Vung Tau People Committee regarding to Phu My 3 SIP establishment).
